Managed to get back on line and first order of the day was to send you a HUGE "Thank You!" for all your efforts on our behalf in the purchase of 304 Holly Lane in Cape Carteret. Gene and I have done many real estate transactions, both business and personal, over our 37 years together. NEVER, and we use the word advisedly, have we had the pleasure to work with an agent as professional as yourself. Through all the challenges and rough spots encountered on the road to finalizing the purchase of this property, you maintain a peaceful calm that permeated the atmosphere for all. Each challenge was met with several reasonable options that could be explored to carry us further toward our goal.
You went the extra mile in contacting various journeymen necessary to cover the appraisal, the home inspection, subsequent need for an estimate from a contractor, not to mention fully checking the septic system and determining it's age and state. The final straw, which might have squashed any deal was learning the error in the listing of the age of the house. You calmly checked through the details on that and enabled us to work through that final rut in the road!
In our book, you earned a four star, gold rating and you are OUR realtor for any needs partaining to properties in the Carteret County area so long as we live! We were so grateful you were at the attorney's office timely to assure the sellers until Gene and I could get there from the delay at the bank. (I almost used the phrase "hold up" but would not want anyone to think us a 'Bonnie and Clyde!')
